Ing. Martina Bollová
I am Martina Bollová and I turn plans into working solutions for Senec.
As a project manager and coach, I have spent my life doing one thing: helping turn ideas into concrete results that work in practice – not only on paper. As a city councillor, I opened topics that had long been postponed in the city – fair grants, a simpler functioning of the municipal office, and better conditions for families and young people.
more
It has become clear that without pressure for implementation, things do not move forward. That is why I am bringing a concrete step: to create a real space for young people in Senec, where they can spend time, develop themselves and get involved in the life of the city. We want to start immediately with a pilot community hub for young people. At the same time, we will prepare the reconstruction of an unused municipal building into a fully fledged centre. Young people will not be just visitors, but those who will help create it. I want things in Senec to move – and I want the people affected by them to be able to take part. I am the founder of OZ Šidielko and I have long worked with children and young people in scouting. As a mother of two children, I know that a good city is not created by plans, but by what actually works in it.

Peter Kmeť
My name is Peter Kmeť, I am 54 years old and I have lived with my family in Senec for almost 25 years. I therefore see Senec not only as the city where we live, but as the city where our children grew up, where we have many friends, where we work and where we live our everyday lives. That is why I care even more about what our city will look like in five or ten years.
more
In our city, I have long focused on the functioning of local government and the transparency of its management. As a current city councillor and chair of the Tourism, Transport and Parking Committee, I try to bring a factual perspective, open communication and concrete solutions based on data and facts to important topics – not emotions or behind-the-scenes agreements.
You may also know me through the blog transparentnýsenec.sk, where I cover outputs from city council meetings, explain city decisions, prepare various analyses of municipal topics and also monitor how public money is managed. I present the view that residents have the right to understand what is happening in the city, why it is happening and what impact it will have on their everyday lives.
In my professional life, I work as a sales manager, leading a sales team in the agricultural sector. I enjoy working with people, data and analyses, and I also manage several customer relationship management projects, where I particularly enjoy finding solutions in difficult situations. I have learned to listen to people who understand their work, to analyse both business and interpersonal problems, and to look for practical and feasible ways to solve them.
I am part of Ľuboslav Farkaš’s team because I still believe in decent, professional and transparent local government whose main interest is the resident. In my view, Senec needs less favouritism, fewer conflicts and less appealing marketing, and instead more expertise, more listening to its own residents and, above all, progress based on a long-term vision.
I do not want to tell residents what they would like to hear today. I want to propose solutions that will make sense several years from now. I believe that a good city is not built on nice slogans, but on trust, responsible work for the benefit of residents and the ability to speak openly about issues.

Robo Matejka
My name is Robo Matejka and I am 55 years old. For many years I have been doing business in Senec with animal feed. Our family has been known for this for 25 years. Alongside that, I have also worked as a DJ since 1990. In search of inspiration for creating culture connected with dance music, I have travelled through many countries across Europe and visited various festivals. In recent years, I have been managing and promoting my own events from Bratislava to Košice.

The city of Senec, and especially summer-season tourism connected with entertainment and dance events, has for many years become unattractive and uninteresting for tourists.
Unfortunately, this is also reflected in summer attendance, which is visibly weaker every year. It is precisely in this area that I would like to offer my experience to the new city leadership and the mayor. For the summer season to become attractive to tourists again, the city must also provide support, including financial support. Many cities in Slovakia have already understood this. Everything you invest in tourism in one year will return several times over in the following years. More tourists mean higher income in every area – both for the city and for entrepreneurs. This also means higher tax revenue.

Ing. Arch. Marcel Mikulec
My name is Marcel Mikulec, I am 39 years old, an architect and a candidate for city council. I was not born in Senec, but I have grown fond of the city and I now know almost every corner of it. It has been 7 years since my family and I decided to settle in this city – thoughtfully and with joy. The city has enormous potential for families and for our children. I have found friends and a home base here. However, I do not want to be a resident who enjoys the city only at weekends. I want to live here actively, help shape it and move it forward. That is why I get involved in local life and try to be an active part of the community.

Motto: “Senec must not be just an address. Let us create a city where we work and live fully – from Monday to Sunday, for everyone and with quality!”
My experience: Architecture and management
I am a trained architect (Faculty of Architecture, Czech Technical University in Prague), where already in my diploma thesis I addressed the topic of public multifunctional space. I co-own an architectural studio in Bratislava, but I am gradually moving my activities and projects directly here, home to Senec. As a creative professional with management experience, I always look at projects comprehensively and with emphasis on long-term benefit for people. I have learned to communicate with everyone without exception, to take responsibility for my decisions and to pursue set goals fully.
Life in the city: Active connection
I am an active person; when I see a problem and I can help, I gladly do so. Since arriving here, I have been getting to know the community and the surroundings, and I have seen the problems that residents of Senec are dealing with. I joined the petition against the landfill, prepared conceptual proposals free of charge for improvements in parts of the city – a fire pit at the lakes, swimming pools at the lakes, street beautification – and public projects have also passed through my hands, such as the entrance lobby of the private Kysucká Primary School and the planned reconstruction of the municipal Olympic Hotel. I am a member of the construction committee, where I try to take a fair position. However, I see that less important matters are often dealt with, while there is no space, time, capacity or willingness for the city’s long-term plans. I offer a helping hand, but unfortunately the reactions are that there is no space or money – somewhat strange in one of the richest cities. Many projects are done externally, yet the city does not have enough capacity and still does not want to open up cooperation. Why? That is questionable; if the goal is the same, an agreement can always be found.
Vision for our city: The courage to solve real problems
Senec is rich in events, but on ordinary days it is difficult to combine work, life and free time here. The city has projects under way that are unnecessarily delayed – but we need to implement them today, not tomorrow.
Senec can no longer function in the style of “a little bit of everything”. We need a clearly defined development concept and courage. The courage to look for real problems, to communicate openly with citizens also about deeper projects, and to focus directly on the needs of residents.
My priorities for a better quality of life in Senec:
- Civic amenities first: We need to complete and modernise kindergartens, schools, youth clubs and sports facilities.
- Job opportunities at home: Support for the creation of qualified workplaces and shared spaces (hubs), so that we do not have to commute for work only.
- Development of quality services: Support for creating spaces for diverse and high-quality restaurants, cafés and businesses that will bring our streets to life.
- Tourism and an active centre: Restore Senec’s reputation as an active tourist centre, from which its residents will benefit first and foremost.
Why am I running for the SaS party?
My main goal is to connect people, their needs and their ideas. But for visions to become reality, the support of a strong partner is needed. The connection with the SaS party is my guarantee that things can be addressed much more effectively. For me, SaS means a guarantee of transparency, fairness and expertise, which I want to turn into real results for our Senec with your votes.
Let us join forces and give Senec a clear direction.

Mgr. Radomil Petrik
My name is Radomil Petrik, I am 45 years old, married and have an 11-year-old son. I have been a resident of Senec for 12 years and Senec is home to me – a place where I experience the joys and problems of everyday life every day. I am running for city council because I believe that Senec can function more openly, more calmly and more efficiently. Our city is growing quickly and needs better organisation, sensible decisions and practical solutions that will reduce stress and chaos in people’s everyday lives. I want to bring a factual approach, experience from IT and management, and focus on the topics that the residents of Senec feel most strongly.
more
Who I am
I am a person who likes factual solutions, a clear plan and a responsible approach. I do not like empty promises or decisions made in haste. I believe that a city should listen to people, communicate openly and solve problems gradually but consistently.
Motto: “Less stress and chaos. More order, calm and solutions that make people’s lives easier.“
For me, this means that the city should function simply and clearly. Residents should not waste time searching for information, dealing with unnecessary bureaucracy or uncertainty about what is happening with their request.
What I do professionally
I studied economics and management and have worked in IT for approximately 20 years. I work in a leadership position in an international corporation, where I gradually worked my way up to managing development, services, teams, processes and the search for effective solutions.
This experience has taught me to first understand problems, identify their causes, set a course of action and take responsibility for the result. I want to bring the same approach to the city council.
My relationship with Senec
Senec is a beautiful city with great potential. At the same time, it is growing quickly, bringing problems in transport, parking, schools, kindergartens, safety, cleanliness, greenery and municipal services.
Many of these problems cannot be solved by a single decision. They can, however, be addressed through better planning, clear priorities and regular communication with residents.
What I want to address in the city
I want to focus on practical solutions that make everyday life easier for people. For example, simpler reporting of problems in the city, a better overview of what is happening with residents’ requests, clearer information about parking and city services, a safety map of risk areas, and better use of data in transport, school capacities and investments.
Technology should not be the goal. It should be a tool that helps the city listen better to residents, solve problems faster and make decisions based on facts.
How I want to work
I want to bring a calm, professional and factual approach to the council. In my view, the city should function as a service to citizens – simply, fairly and efficiently.
Greater involvement of residents is also important to me. People should have a simple way to express their opinion, propose improvements or take part in decision-making where it makes sense.
Why I am running for SaS
I am running for the party Freedom and Solidarity, because I am close to the values of personal responsibility, freedom, transparency, sound financial management and a professional approach.
In local politics, this means for me above all responsible handling of city money, less unnecessary bureaucracy, open decision-making and practical solutions instead of big promises. I want to bring these principles into the work of a city councillor.
Why I support Ľubo Farkaš
I support Ľubo Farkaš because Senec needs leadership that will listen to people, bring capable people together and solve problems systematically.
I believe in a team approach, decent communication and cooperation. For me, Dobrý Senec means a city where issues are addressed calmly, reasonably and with respect for residents.

Ing. Ján Pullman
I am Ján Pullman, I am 48 years old. I work in a management position in a multinational corporation. I am a member of the Senec City Council, a member of the city board, a member of the supervisory board of the Tourism Management company, and a member of school councils. I graduated from the Faculty of Economic Informatics at the University of Economics in Bratislava. I am involved in sport, art, culture, volunteering, education and schooling.
more
I want, as I have done so far, to use my knowledge and experience to contribute to solutions and ideas in the areas of finance, education, transport, spatial planning and support for culture and sport.
At the same time, I want to improve city legislation, contribute ideas for improving the lives of city residents and improve the management of the city’s finances and property.
Simply put, I want to actively contribute to the development of Senec and the whole region as a good, fair and successful place to live.
I am an active member of platforms and communities within the Progressive Slovakia movement – municipal and educational – that work on education reform and a new reform of public administration.
I am running for the position of member of the Senec City Council and for the position of member of the Bratislava Self-Governing Region council.

Andrea Šlosárová
My name is Andrea Šlosárová, I am 51 years old, have two adult sons, work as a real estate agent and mortgage specialist, and have lived in Senec for more than half of my life. Some of you may remember me as an active mother who cared about the environment in which our children were growing up. Together with other parents, we joined forces, looked for solutions and helped create safe spaces for the youngest – whether playgrounds in our housing estate, in kindergarten or later at school. It became clear that when we communicate with people openly and respectfully, we can solve even the most pressing neighbourhood problems together.
more
I have always believed that change does not come from above, but from ourselves. This community energy later led me to the idea of running for city council. My work in the Senec City Council over the past 4 years has shown me the real face of local politics. If a person is not part of the city leadership or the governing majority, their opportunities to push through fundamental changes are naturally limited in our conditions. That makes another role I have held over the past four years all the more important – the role of thorough oversight. Precisely when decisions are made by the leadership, there must be someone in the council who protects the interests of residents and watches over every single euro.
As a member of the finance committee, for four years I assessed proposals not by who submitted them, but by whether they were economically sound, properly set up and beneficial for Senec. I always relied on clear facts and arguments. Local politics should not be about who is friends with whom or who blindly applauds whom. It should be about transparency, expertise and open discussion.
The opposition is not obliged to agree with everything. On the contrary – my duty to you was to support colleagues in asking fundamental questions and to review every decision together with them.
- Why was the decision made this way?
- How much will this decision cost the citizens of Senec?
- Is this truly the best solution for our residents and communities?
- Does the budget approval process also take the future of our city into account?
Being in opposition is not easy, but it makes sense
I have learned that when it comes to a good cause and people’s interests, one must not back down in the face of obstacles. This is exactly the approach – decent, factual and focused on fairness – with which I also worked in the council. As an important counterbalance to power, protecting the interests of residents.
Senec belongs to all of us
It belongs to all of us who live here, raise children here and pay taxes here. That is why it is completely natural that different opinions exist. Real democracy is not about silence and obediently raising hands, but about honest discussion and the search for the best solutions.
I am once again running for the Senec City Council. I offer you my experience so far, my determination to oversee power, but above all openness to new ideas. I still firmly believe that Senec has a chance for change – change towards a better, more transparent and more modern city. I believe that fresh ideas will have space in the new composition of the council. For me, the political label will never be decisive; what matters is the benefit for our city. That is why in the new term I will resolutely promote and support:
- Construction of a new primary school: Our children deserve modern and accessible spaces for education without compromise.
- Completion of the polyclinic reconstruction: Accessible and quality healthcare directly in Senec must be an absolute priority for every councillor.
- Building safe cycle paths: So that Senec becomes a modern city where ecological and safe transport for cyclists and pedestrians is a matter of course.
For every good idea that truly helps our residents and moves Senec forward, I will be a firm and reliable support in the council.
I support Ľuboslav Farkaš for mayor because he brings to the management of the city exactly what Senec needs most – absolute transparency, high expertise and a proven sense of teamwork.
His background as a teacher and rescuer is, for me, a guarantee that he can act prudently in difficult situations and with genuine human concern for the safety of our families and communities.
We are united by the shared belief that our city has enormous potential for modern development, but this can be achieved only if, instead of old templates, we give space to new ideas and constructive dialogue.

Erik Štvrtecký
My name is Erik Štvrtecký, I am 20 years old and have lived in Senec since childhood. I am a university student in IT and, as a young person, I want to bring a new perspective and represent young people who often feel that no one listens to them. I care about Senec being a city where young people want to continue living, working and building their future.
more
At the same time, I have long been interested in computer science, digitalisation and modern solutions. I grew up in the digital world and naturally see the need to simplify things through technology. Alongside my studies, I focus on self-development and follow trends that can move the city forward. I believe that Senec too can function faster, more transparently and be more accessible to citizens.
