It has become clear that without pressure to deliver, things do not move forward. That is why I am coming with a concrete goal – to create a real space for young people in Senec where they can spend time, develop their skills and take part in the life of the town. We want to start immediately with a pilot youth community hub. In parallel, we will prepare the reconstruction of an unused municipal building into a fully fledged centre. Young people will not just be visitors; they will help shape the space themselves. I want things in Senec to move forward – and I want the people affected by them to be able to take part. I am the founder of OZ Šidielko and have worked with children and young people in scouting for many years. As a mother of two, I know that a good town is not created by plans, but by what actually works in everyday life.

I want Senec to be a modern town where people enjoy living, feel safe and like spending their free time. I believe the town should first and foremost serve its residents. That is why I consider high-quality public spaces, accessible services, a clean and well-maintained environment, support for sport and community activities, and places for all generations to be essential.

In my work, I deal every day with processes designed to select the best solution under fair conditions and ensure the efficient use of available resources. I want to bring this experience into local government as well, so that public funds are used effectively, public procurement is transparent, and decisions deliver the greatest possible benefit to the people of Senec.

I am standing as part of the Good Senec team because I believe in a professional, transparent and modern approach to the development of our town. I want to use my experience, energy and determination for the benefit of Senec and help our town continue to develop as a modern, safe and pleasant place to live.

I am pleased to be part of a team led by Ľubo Farkaš, whom I see as a person with a clear vision, expertise and the qualities needed to lead the town with an emphasis on its long-term and sustainable development.

Thanks to Slnečné jazerá, its location and its tourism tradition, Senec has great potential. I am convinced that the summer season can once again become significantly more attractive for residents and visitors alike.

This is exactly where I would like to offer my many years of experience to the new city leadership and mayor. The town can take a more active role in supporting high-quality cultural, social and dance events that attract visitors while also creating an appealing programme for Senec residents. Investment in tourism pays back through higher visitor numbers, stronger revenues for local businesses and higher income for the town.

I am someone who looks at problems first by asking “How can this be done?” rather than looking for reasons why something cannot be done. When I decide to pursue something, I follow it through and look for solutions. Fairness, justice, openness and the same rules for everyone are important to me.
I would like to use these qualities and experiences for the benefit of Senec as well.

Senec has always been a town where people of different nationalities, languages and traditions live side by side. As a person of Hungarian nationality, I also care deeply about preserving this diversity and ensuring that both the Slovak and Hungarian languages, cultures and traditions have a natural place in the social and cultural life of our town. I believe everyone in Senec should feel at home and that we should put what unites us above what divides us.

I have also long tried to be active in the community where I live. I serve as a representative of property owners in our neighbourhood and help address the everyday problems and needs of local residents. I was also involved in establishing a civic association created to improve the surroundings of our neighbourhood, make it a more pleasant place to live, and strengthen neighbourly relations and community life.

Sport is a natural part of my life. In my free time I play football, basketball, floorball, beach volleyball and badminton, I enjoy cycling, and for many years I have represented Senec in chess competitions. I was part of the team that advanced to the second league.

Chess is not only something I pursue as a player. I lead a chess club at a primary school and training sessions at the Municipal Cultural Centre. I am pleased that we have helped develop several talented young chess players, some of whom have already become valuable members of the Senec chess team. I believe that each of us can give something back to the community in which we live.

I am entering local politics because I want to help make Senec a town where we can not only live comfortably, but truly enjoy a good quality of life.

My main priorities:

• Multifunctional sports hall – a venue for training by Senec sports clubs, sporting competitions, as well as cultural and social events.

• Safe connections to surrounding cycle routes – so that we can travel safely by bicycle to every part of Senec, Bratislava, the Little Carpathians and the wider area.

• Support for sports clubs and cultural associations – with clear, fair and transparent rules for allocating municipal funding.

• High-quality public spaces for Senec residents – more places where we can meet, relax and spend our free time: a pleasant pedestrian zone, parks, relaxation areas and lively public spaces.

I want us to stop accepting “it can’t be done” as an answer when developing Senec. I am convinced that with goodwill, sensible planning and a fair approach, we can move many things forward.

Senec is our shared home. I care about making it a good place to live for every one of us.

Results of my work as a city councillor

I served as a member of two committees, represented the City of Senec as a member of the school board at J. G. Tajovský Primary School, and was also accepted into the BELC network of regional councillors from EU Member States.

Through my proposals and comments, I actively influenced the work of the Education and Culture Committee. My proposal to recognise distinguished teachers for their lifelong contribution was adopted; as a committee member, I oversaw the fair and transparent allocation of grants; and I opposed disregarding the authority of school principals when nominations were made for awards for school employees.

At the request of my neighbours, I initiated the reconstruction of the damaged pavement on Fándlyho Street, the creation of new parking spaces and floral improvements on the street. I also opposed unauthorised activities by a veterinary clinic and alerted the relevant authorities to its irregular practices.

I voted in favour of adopting the parking policy while also working to consolidate several parking zones and introduce parking permits for employees working in paid parking zones. I gave up the benefits available to city councillors.

Thanks to my initiative, meetings of the city council now begin with the national anthem of the Slovak Republic (until 2023, the anthem was not played at the beginning of council meetings).

What do I want to contribute through my candidacy?

I want to continue bringing professionalism, humanity and a responsible approach to the direction of our town, which is also why I am asking for your trust in the local elections.

My priorities for the next electoral term are:

• to push the city leadership to begin construction of a new primary school without unnecessary delay;
• to contribute my experience in teaching and management to improving the quality of kindergartens and primary schools in Senec; for ten years I have led a private primary school in Senec which, under my leadership, was ranked by INEKO as the most successful private primary school in Slovakia in the last school year.
• to support the creation of a youth parliament in Senec, give young people a voice, and help establish a leisure centre for older teenagers;
• to create a city strategy for reducing harmful social behaviour, bullying and cyberbullying; to strengthen oversight of identified locations where psychotropic substances are distributed and where the healthy development of children and young people is put at risk;
• to create a safe space for children to move around – a pedestrian zone between the primary school on Tajovského Street and the school club, with traffic redirected away from the front of the school;
• to open sports facilities at primary schools to the public;
• to modernise and reconstruct playgrounds in the residential area near Strieborné jazero;

Last but not least, I would like Senec to remain what it has always been – a town open to people of different nationalities who have found their home here.

I have also long been interested in information technology, digitalisation and modern solutions. I grew up in the digital world and naturally see the need to simplify things through technology. Alongside my studies, I focus on personal development and follow trends that can move the town forward. I believe Senec can work faster, more transparently and be closer to its residents.

My motto: “Good decisions are not based on feelings, but on facts, data and open discussion with residents.”

Open local government and oversight of public authority

For many years I have focused on transparency, municipal finances and the functioning of local government. Many of you also know me through transparentnysenec.sk, where I explain city decisions, analyse important issues and provide information that should be readily accessible to residents.

I believe residents have the right to know how decisions about their town are made and how public money is managed. Trust is built through openness, honest communication and a willingness to take responsibility for one’s decisions.

Management experience

In my professional life, I work as a regional manager in the agricultural sector. I lead a sales team, develop relationships with business partners, and work with data, budgets and plans. I set short- and long-term goals, assess their delivery and take responsibility for the results achieved by the team.

Thirty years of professional experience have taught me to listen to people and experts, analyse problems, work with verified data and make decisions for which I take personal responsibility. I believe the same approach belongs in the management and oversight of local government.

A vision for Senec and our region

I want to support the open and sensible development of the town and the wider region – modern 21st-century transport, high-quality schools and school sports facilities, and more accessible, higher-quality services for residents as well as visitors to Slnečné jazerá. Equally important to me are stronger environmental protection and responsible management of public finances.

Senec and the Bratislava Region have great potential. We need a stronger focus on expertise, transparency and concrete, measurable results. Fewer short-term decisions and a greater emphasis on a long-term vision for the development of the town and the region.

What do I want to contribute through my candidacy?

I want to bring a factual perspective, open communication and the ability to name problems even when doing so is not popular. I believe public office is a service to citizens, and that a good town and a good region are built through a personal approach, the results of honest work, sound professional arguments and the trust of residents.

That is why I am part of Ľuboslav Farkaš’s team – he is a candidate for Mayor of Senec – and why I am once again asking for your trust in the local elections.

My experience: Community, finances and thorough oversight

During the past term, as a city councillor and member of the Finance Committee, I have come to understand the realities of local politics. I realised how important thorough oversight is – safeguarding every euro and protecting the interests of residents. I have never judged proposals according to political affiliation, but according to whether they are economically sound and beneficial for Senec.

Life in the town: Standing up for good solutions

I believe Senec belongs to all of us who live here and pay our taxes here. Working in opposition has taught me that when something is right for the town, we must not back down in the face of obstacles. I bring a factual, fair and determined approach to the city council, and I want to be a reliable supporter of every proposal that genuinely helps people and moves our town forward.

A vision for our town: Integrity, transparency and development

Senec has enormous potential for modern development if we replace outdated approaches with new ideas and constructive dialogue. I want to promote changes that will make our town better, more transparent and more effective for every generation.

My priorities for a better quality of life in Senec:

• Modern education: Building a new primary school so that our children have accessible, high-quality facilities for their education without compromise.

• Accessible healthcare: Completing the full reconstruction of the municipal polyclinic as an absolute priority for the health of our families.

• Safe transport: Building an interconnected network of cycle paths to support modern and environmentally friendly mobility for pedestrians and cyclists.

• Transparent financial management: Thorough oversight of the city budget and efficient use of public funds.
